Delivery Options
Royal Mail Standard Delivery
Delivery within 3 to 5 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Delivery within 1 to 2 working days. Full tracking and signature on delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Delivery within 2 to 3 working days. Full tracking included.
Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value and chosen delivery method.
Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders over a certain value. The current threshold will be displayed on our website and at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.
Delivery Timeframes
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Royal Mail service disruptions
- High volume periods such as Christmas and Black Friday
- Incomplete or incorrect address details
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at help@bumbumkids.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
For tracked delivery options, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home when delivery is attempted:
- Royal Mail may leave your parcel in a safe place
- A card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange redelivery
- Parcels not collected within 18 days will be returned to us
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us at help@bumbumkids.com within 30 days of receipt. Please include:
Your order number
A description of the fault or issue
Photographs of the item showing the fault
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including any return postage costs.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Please take photographs of the packaging and contents
- Contact us at help@bumbumkids.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Check with neighbours in case it was left with them
- Check any safe places around your property
- Contact us at help@bumbumkids.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail
International Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
