Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason 
you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process in
 accordance with UK Consumer Rights.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging where possible
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Underwear, swimwear or items sold in sealed packaging where the seal has been broken
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Gift cards
How to Return an Item
  1. Contact us at help@bumbumkids.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions
  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging where possible
  5. Send the items back to us using a tracked delivery service
Return Postage Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, return postage costs are your responsibility.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, we will refund your return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Your refund will include:
  • The full price of the returned items
  • The original standard delivery cost (if you are returning all items from your order due to fault or error on our part)
Please note that it may take an additional 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures the fastest service.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us at help@bumbumkids.com within 30 days of receipt. Please include:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or issue
  • Photographs of the item showing the fault
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including any return postage costs.
Your Statutory Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
